Your monthly response allowance
How the 100 / 1'000 / 10'000 responses per month are counted — and what happens at the top.

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of responses: Free 100 · Pro 1'000 · Business 10'000.
How counting works
- One submitted form = one response. Views, previews and drafts don't count.
- The counter spans your whole account: personal forms plus all workspaces you own, together.
- It resets monthly on your personal renewal day — the day you created the account (Free) or your billing day (paid plans; yearly subscriptions also reset monthly).
- Unused responses don't roll over; there's no overage charge — ever.
At the limit: your forms stay online but pause — visitors see a neutral "not accepting responses" note (never an error, never anything about your billing). Nothing is deleted; reading, exporting and everything else keeps working. Collection resumes automatically at your reset — or immediately when you upgrade.

Tip
Expecting a big campaign? Check the meter first — an upgrade takes effect instantly, mid-cycle, and the higher allowance applies right away.
