Yes. It's a permanent plan, not a trial — no credit card, no expiry, no feature countdown. Encryption and Swiss hosting are identical on every plan; paid plans add capacity and comfort features.

One submitted form = one response. Someone opening your form, or you previewing it, costs nothing. Your monthly allowance renews on the same day each month.

Your form pauses politely: it stays online and shows visitors a neutral "not accepting responses" message. Nothing is lost or deleted, nobody sees an error or your plan status, and there are no overage fees. It reopens automatically next month — or immediately if you upgrade.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; plan switches are prorated fairly by our payment provider. If you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then continue on Free. Cancelling never deletes your data.

Nothing disappears. All your forms, responses and files remain, and published forms keep collecting responses. You just can't publish new changes that use features outside your plan, and new forms are limited by the plan's caps. Honest rule of thumb: downgrading limits what you can add, never what you already have.

By credit or debit card, monthly or yearly, processed by Stripe — a specialist payment provider. Your card details never touch our servers, and Stripe never sees your forms or responses. Prices are in CHF and exclude VAT.

No. With Business, you invite members into your workspaces and your subscription covers the work everyone does there. Members only need their own plan for forms they run privately, outside your workspaces.

Yearly billing gives you two months free — that's the whole discount program. And the Free plan is our trial: take as long as you like before upgrading. No coupon hunting, no seasonal games; everyone pays the same fair price.
