Payments, invoices and VAT
Card payments via Stripe, invoices in your billing portal, prices in CHF excluding VAT.

Paying — subscriptions are paid by credit or debit card, monthly or yearly, processed by Stripe, a specialist payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; Stripe never sees your forms or responses. Update your card anytime in the billing portal (Settings → Plan → Manage subscription).
Invoices — every payment produces an invoice, available in the same billing portal — view, download, done. Need your address or VAT number on it? Set your billing details in the portal once and they appear on subsequent invoices.
Prices & VAT — all prices are in CHF and exclude VAT; applicable Swiss VAT is added on top for Swiss customers.
Failed payments — if a charge fails (expired card is the classic), we retry and you'll see it in the portal; update the card and everything continues. Your data is never at risk from a failed payment.
Note
Refunds aren't automated. If something's genuinely gone wrong with a charge, write to support — a human looks at it case by case.
