General
Schweizerform is a Swiss-made form building platform with true end-to-end encryption. All form responses are encrypted in the respondent's browser before transmission — we never have access to your data.
After signing up, navigate to the Forms section and click 'Create Form'. Give your form a name, add questions using the builder, then publish to start accepting responses. Encryption keys are generated automatically.
Each published form has a unique URL you can share directly. Respondents don't need a Schweizerform account. Their responses are encrypted in their browser before being submitted.
Yes. All data is stored exclusively in Swiss data centres, protected by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP). Your encrypted data never leaves Switzerland.
Security & Access Code
Your Access Code is a personal passphrase set during account setup. It derives your master encryption key — the key that protects all your form data. It is separate from your login password. We cannot recover it if you lose it.
No. Because of our zero-knowledge architecture, we do not store and cannot recover your Access Code. If you lose it, your encrypted data cannot be decrypted. We strongly recommend storing it in a secure password manager.
Zero-knowledge means all encryption and decryption happen exclusively in your browser. Your data is encrypted before it reaches our servers. We never have access to your encryption keys or plain-text data — not even our engineering team can read your responses.
Account & Billing
Go to Settings in your dashboard. Under the account section, you'll find the option to change your password. You'll need to verify your identity with a one-time code sent to your email.
Visit the Pricing page or go to Settings in your dashboard. Select the plan you'd like, choose monthly or annual billing, and complete the checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately.
Go to Settings and navigate to the subscription section. You can cancel at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Your forms and data are never deleted.
You can delete your account from the Settings page. This will cancel any active subscriptions, remove your personal data, and permanently delete all associated forms and encrypted submissions. This action cannot be undone.
