Confidentiality, handled
Your patients share their medical history, medication and X-rays with you. With Schweizerform, their answers and documents are encrypted in their browser and only your practice can open them. Our data processing agreement also includes a professional-secrecy clause (Art. 321 SCC).
X-rays and photos stay sealed. Files are encrypted on the patient's phone before upload and decrypted only with your Vault key. We store ciphertext.
Anaesthesia history, asked where it matters. Conditional questions ask about blood thinners or anaesthetic reactions only when surgery is planned; answers to hidden questions are never stored.
Export or delete a response. Export a response as one PDF — signed treatment plan and cost estimate included — or delete it together with its encrypted files.
