If we change our prices, does mine change?
No. Your subscription keeps the price you took it out at, renewal after renewal — here is exactly what would change it.

Short answer: your price does not change. When we change our prices, the new price applies to new subscriptions from the day it takes effect. Your subscription keeps the price you took it out at — including at every renewal — for as long as it stays active.
Where to check
Settings → Plan always shows what you actually pay. The public pricing page shows today's prices; if yours is different, your own amount is shown on your plan and marked as your price, so the two never contradict each other.
What does not change your price:
- A renewal — monthly or yearly, at your price, for as long as the subscription runs.
- Updating your card or your billing details.
- Viewing or downloading an invoice.
- A price change we publish on the pricing page.
What does change your price. Each of these ends your current subscription and starts a new one, at the prices current on that day:
- Switching plan — Pro to Business, or Business to Pro.
- Switching between monthly and yearly billing.
- Cancelling, then subscribing again later.
In all three cases the app shows you the amount before you confirm, so nothing is ever charged at a price you have not seen first.
If a payment fails, nothing is lost. We retry, and you can update your card in the billing portal (Settings → Plan → Manage subscription). Fixing a failed payment keeps your price — only a subscription that actually ends does.
One thing worth knowing
Your price belongs to the subscription, not to your account. If you cancel and come back later, you come back at the prices of that day.
