Schweizerform is an end-to-end encrypted form builder, operated from Switzerland for the small businesses, associations, schools and practices that collect personal information.
Our story
Why this exists
Swiss businesses, associations, schools and practices collect personal information through forms every day: bookings, registrations, applications, patient intakes. Most of it flows through tools built for other markets, hosted abroad and often financed by data.
Schweizerform is the tool we wanted for that job: answers sealed in the respondent's browser, hosting in Switzerland, German, French, Italian and English from the first screen, and a price on the label rather than a business in the data.
Schweizerform is deliberately small — one product, one country, run by its founder. Accounts can only be opened from Switzerland; your respondents can answer from anywhere.
How we work
Four working principles

Paid for by subscriptions
Schweizerform is financed by what customers pay. Prices are public and in CHF, with no advertising or data resale behind them.
- 02
Nothing loaded from third parties
Our website and your forms load no third-party scripts, and fonts come from our own servers. Your browser's network tab will confirm it.
- 03
Support in four languages, read by the founder
Write in German, French, Italian or English. The founder reads every message and usually replies within one working day.
- 04
Changes in writing
Every release is listed under What's new. Each DPA edition is published with its date, and material changes are announced 30 days ahead.
