Swiss software, in the original sense.
Not Swiss as a marketing color — Swiss as a set of working principles: precision, discretion, and the idea that some things simply shouldn't leave the country.
Why this exists
Every Swiss business runs on forms. Patient intakes, client onboarding, registrations, applications — small documents carrying very personal information. And almost all of them, today, flow through tools built elsewhere, hosted elsewhere, financed by something other than the price on the label.
We kept arriving at the same uncomfortable observation: the businesses Swiss people trust most — practices, fiduciaries, law firms, schools, clubs — were collecting their most sensitive data with the tools that deserved that trust least. Not out of carelessness. Out of a lack of alternatives.
So we built the alternative we couldn't find: a form platform where the answers are sealed in the respondent's browser before they travel, where everything runs on Swiss infrastructure, and where the business model is the subscription — not the data. That's the whole story. It's short, because we'd rather the product be long.
Swiss-only. On purpose.
You can only create a Schweizerform account from Switzerland — a restriction almost no software company would choose, and exactly the point. We serve one country, under one legal system, on infrastructure inside its borders. Your forms can be answered from anywhere in the world; the platform and the accounts stay Swiss. We'd rather do one country properly than every market approximately.
The name is the promise: Schweizerform. If we ever fall short of it, the name will remind us before you have to.
What we believe
Trust is architecture, not a promise.
Anyone can write "we take your privacy seriously". We designed the system so we cannot read your respondents' answers — then wrote down exactly what we can and cannot see. Promises break; architecture doesn't.
You are the customer, not the product.
Schweizerform is financed by subscriptions and by nothing else. No ads, no data resale, no training AI on your content. When the price is on the label, it isn't hidden in the data.
Honesty over marketing.
We publish what's encrypted and what isn't, name the one non-Swiss service in our stack, and refuse badges we haven't earned. Where we have limits, you'll read them from us first.
Small businesses deserve serious software.
A fiduciary with three employees handles data as sensitive as any bank. Tools with real security shouldn't require an IT department — everything here works without reading a manual.
Do less, properly.
One product, one country, four languages. Every feature we add must survive one question: does it still deserve the name on the door?
We use our own rules
The facts
Questions about the company, the product or the press kit we don't have yet: write to support@schweizerform.ch — a founder reads it.
Judge us by the product.
The Free plan is the honest way to check everything this page claims — three forms, full encryption, no credit card.
