Moving forms between personal and workspace
Move a form — with all its responses — into a workspace or back out.

Built a form personally that the team should handle? Use Move in the form's row menu on the dashboard.
- Moving into a workspace makes the form — including its existing responses — accessible to all active members, under their roles.
- Moving out (back to personal, or to another workspace you can create in) removes it from the team's view.
- Your vault must be unlocked to move a form: behind the scenes, the form's key is re-sealed for its new home, in your browser.
- The public link keeps working throughout — respondents notice nothing.
Warning
Moving into a workspace is a sharing decision: every active member gains access to the form's existing responses, not just future ones. Check the inbox contents before moving a form with history.
Note
Quotas follow ownership — a form moved into a workspace counts toward the workspace owner's monthly responses and storage from then on.
