Export a registration as PDF for the pupil's file, a class as Excel or ZIP. When the year ends, delete what you no longer need in one batch.

Built for children's data.
Children's data is sensitive: families tell you about health, family situations and who may collect their child. With Schweizerform, their answers and documents are encrypted in their browser and only your school can open them. We also offer a data processing agreement.
Health details only your school can open. Allergies, medication and custody notes are encrypted on the parent's phone, decrypted only with your Vault key. We store ciphertext.
Reports without an account. Pupils and parents need no login, and no IP address is stored with the response. Leave the optional once-per-network limit off — it stores a non-reversible hash.
Last year's registrations, deleted in one batch. When a child leaves or a course ends, select the responses you no longer need and delete them — their encrypted files go with them. On every plan.

We can't advise on your obligations — that depends on your school and what you collect. What we can say: responses are end-to-end encrypted and stored in Switzerland, so we cannot read them, and we process them only on your instructions, under a published data processing agreement. What you ask and how long you keep it is your decision. Please assess with your advisers whether this fits your situation.
There is no account or login, answers are encrypted on the reporter's device, and no IP address is stored with the response. What remains is what the form asks and what people write: keep name and class optional, and tell pupils that a detailed account can identify its author. You cannot reply inside the tool — the optional contact field is for those who want an answer.
Yes, on the Business plan. You invite the office, class teachers or the Kita lead into a shared encrypted workspace with roles, and everyone works from the same inbox. Free and Pro are for one person.
On screen, with a finger or a mouse, on Pro and Business. The signature is stored as an encrypted image with the rest of the response and included in the PDF export. It is not a qualified electronic signature under ZertES.
No — there is no integration, API or webhook. Schools export a registration as PDF for the pupil's file, or a class as Excel. Tell us which system you use; it shapes what we build next.
The recovery code you receive at setup restores access with no data loss. We cannot reset it for you — a provider who can reset your key could also read the children's details.
