Formatting for text blocks
A Description block can now hold real formatting: bullet lists, numbered lists, bold, italic and links, written straight into a proper multi-line field with a toolbar above it. Text size and alignment sit in the same toolbar, and the size and alignment settings on Title blocks work again. Existing forms are untouched — nothing you already published changes appearance.

Email alerts for new responses
Get an email when someone answers your form — every response, or a daily or weekly summary. Set it per form. The email tells you a response arrived and how many; never what it says, because we still cannot read it.

Forms without our name on them
Turn off the Schweizerform header and footer on any form. All that stays is a short note telling respondents their answers are encrypted end-to-end.

Personalised links and prefill
Give a link to your form a label, and every response that arrives through it carries that label — in your inbox, in the response itself, and in every export. You can fill in what you already know before you send it, and add hidden fields that travel with the answer without ever appearing on the form. Labels are encrypted for you alone, and the prefilled answers are opened by a key that exists only inside the link, so we can read neither.

Save and finish later
Respondents can now pause a long form and pick it up again — in the same browser, or on any device through a private resume link. Files and signatures come back with the rest. Everything is encrypted before it leaves the page, so a saved draft is unreadable to us and to the form's owner; nobody can recover a lost resume link either.

Export your responses as JSON
A structured, machine-readable export for the tools that expect one: numbers stay numbers, multi-select answers stay lists, and every question is described alongside the answers. Choose it on its own or as the data file inside a ZIP — and like every export, it is decrypted in your browser, never on our servers.

Conditional logic and multi-page forms
Show or hide a question based on what someone answered earlier, and split a long form across several pages. Both work inside the encryption — the rules run in the browser, so we never see the answers that drive them.

Write a sentence about the form you need and get a complete draft with the right question types, ready to edit. Runs on Swiss AI infrastructure, and only your prompt is sent — never your responses.

Translate a form into all four languages
Publish one form and let respondents open it in German, French, Italian or English. Translations refresh when you change the wording, and only the questions are translated — never the answers.

Edit a live form without taking it offline
Respondents now see the last published version of a form, so you can keep editing safely and press Publish changes when you are ready. Saving a draft no longer unpublishes anything.
