Form settings explained
A guided tour of the Settings tab: profile, thank-you page, and the advanced controls.

General — attach a form profile (your logo and contact details shown at the top of the public form) and see the form's language (fixed at creation). Enable automatic translation here too.
Success experience (Pro) — customize what respondents see after submitting: your own title and message, extra link buttons ("Back to our website"), an automatic redirect to any page, and a custom label for the submit button.
Advanced controls:

Note
Settings changes follow the same draft-then-publish safety as questions: nothing reaches respondents until you publish (changes).
