Creating a form with AI
Describe the form you need in one sentence — review the draft, then publish. Runs on Swiss infrastructure.

Click Create with AI on your forms dashboard and describe what you need — for example: "Registration form for a first-aid course, with meal preference and emergency contact." You can optionally pick a form type and the language of the draft.
The AI proposes a complete draft: questions, sensible types, structure. It opens in the normal builder as a draft — nothing is live until you review and publish it. Edit it like any hand-made form.
Good to know:
- Prompts can be up to 2,000 characters; more context gives better drafts.
- The AI only uses question types your plan can publish and keeps drafts to a manageable length (up to 20 questions).
- A draft that fails to generate doesn't count against your allowance.
- Monthly allowance: Free 2 · Pro 20 · Business 100 AI drafts. Your remaining count is shown in the dialog.
Note
AI drafting runs on Swiss infrastructure (Infomaniak AI Services). Your prompt is processed to generate the draft and isn't stored by us as text. Your respondents' answers are never involved — they're encrypted and unreadable to any system, AI included.
