Response limits and one-answer-per-person
Cap the total number of responses, and control repeat submissions per device or network.

Response limit (Pro) — set a maximum in Settings → Advanced: once reached, the form closes itself politely ("no longer accepting responses"). Ideal for limited seats, giveaways, or capped offers. The count is visible on your form's overview (37 / 50).
Submission policy (all plans) — control repeat answers:
| Mode | Behavior | Honest limits |
|---|---|---|
| Multiple (default) | Anyone can answer any number of times | — |
| Once per device | A browser that already submitted sees "already answered" | Best effort — clearing browser data or switching devices resets it |
| Once per network | Repeat submissions from the same internet connection are blocked | An office or family sharing one connection counts as one — use with care |
Note
Neither mode identifies anyone. "Once per network" works on a protected technical fingerprint that can't be traced back to a person or reused across forms — designed to keep even this feature privacy-clean.
Tip
For votes or raffles, combine once per device with a deadline (article 4.2) — pragmatic fairness without collecting identities.
