Files & proof (Pro)File upload (one file per question, size limit you set, up to 100 MB; optionally restricted to images, PDF or Office documents), Signature (drawn with finger or mouse).

Layout elementsTitle, Description, Divider: structure, no answers. A Description block can be formatted: select your text and use the toolbar for bold, italic, links, bullet lists and numbered lists, and set the text size and alignment in the same toolbar. A Title sets its size and alignment under Advanced.

Text questions can enforce minimum/maximum length; number questions a value range. Every answering type has the required toggle.

Hidden questions (Pro). Any answering type except File upload and Signature can also be switched to Hidden in its Advanced settings. A hidden question is never shown to anyone filling the form — you fill it in yourself from a personalised link, and its value comes back with the response. It is how you carry a campaign name, a course number or an internal reference alongside an answer without asking anybody to type it. Since nobody can answer it, switching Hidden on switches required off.

A hidden question's name is not secret

Hidden means nobody has to see or answer it — not that its existence is confidential. The question's text is sent to every browser that opens the form, so anyone reading the page source can tell that a field called source or internal reference exists. Only its value is protected, by the personalised link that carries it. Put anything sensitive in the value, never in the question's name.

Tip

Need several documents from one person? Add several file-upload questions — one per document — and name each precisely ("Insurance card", "Referral letter").
