Steps
- Open Templates in the app (or browse the public template gallery on our website).
- Preview any template — you see it exactly as respondents would.
- Click Use template, give your form a name, and it's created as your own draft: your encryption keys, your account, fully editable.
Templates are starting points, not straightjackets: add, remove or reword questions freely before publishing. The template's language follows your choice — pick the language your respondents should see.
Tip
Even if no template matches exactly, starting from the closest one is usually faster than a blank page — the structure and wording conventions carry over.
