Building your first form

Click New form, give it a name (you can also pick an icon and color for your dashboard), and choose your starting point:
- Blank — add questions one by one. Choose from 22 question types: text, choices, ratings, dates, file uploads, signatures and more. Drag questions to reorder, duplicate them, and structure long forms with titles, descriptions and dividers.
- Template — pick one of 100 professionally structured Swiss templates (patient intake, registrations, applications …) and adapt it. One click makes it your own form.
- AI draft — describe your form in one sentence (
Create with AI) and review the generated draft. Nothing goes live until you publish. Free includes 2 AI drafts per month.
Every question opens in an editor with a live preview, so you always see what respondents will see. Use the required toggle for must-answer questions, and the preview button to walk through the whole form yourself.
Note
Your form's language is set from your app language at creation — build in the language your respondents should see (details in article 6.2).
