Sharing with a link or QR code
Every published form has a clean link and a downloadable QR code — here's how to use both well.

Publish a form and the share window opens (you can reopen it anytime from the form's Overview or the dashboard's row menu):
- Link —
forms.schweizerform.ch/…. Copy it into e-mails, your website, WhatsApp — anywhere. Respondents need no account and no app. - QR code — download as an image and print it: reception desk, poster, invoice footer, event badge. The code is generated with high error correction, so it stays scannable even printed small.
Responses arriving via the QR code are counted separately from link clicks, so your insights later show which channel actually worked (article 5.6).
Note
There is no embed/iframe option — sharing is by link and QR code. On your website, a clearly labeled button linking to the form is the reliable pattern (and keeps your site free of embedded third-party frames).
