Publish a form and it hands you straight to its Share tab (you can come back anytime from that tab, or from the dashboard's row menu):
- Link —
forms.schweizerform.ch/…. Copy it into e-mails, your website, WhatsApp — anywhere. Respondents need no account and no app. - QR code — download as an image and print it: reception desk, poster, invoice footer, event badge. The code is generated with high error correction, so it stays scannable even printed small.
Responses arriving via the QR code are counted separately from link clicks, so your insights later show which channel actually worked (see “Understanding form insights”).
Note
There is no embed/iframe option — sharing is by link and QR code. On your website, a clearly labeled button linking to the form is the reliable pattern (and keeps your site free of embedded third-party frames).
