Custom form URL, icons and colors

Custom URL (Pro) — replace the technical address with your own: forms.schweizerform.ch/patientenaufnahme. Rules: 3–50 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens; each address is unique across Schweizerform, first come, first served. Set it in Settings → Advanced; it becomes active when you publish. Easier to read on paper, easier to say on the phone.
Icons & colors (all plans) — give every form an icon (28 to choose from) and one of 9 colors when creating or renaming it. They appear only in your dashboard and lists — respondents never see them. With a dozen forms, color-coding by purpose (green = registrations, blue = feedback…) finds the right form in a second.
Note
Changing a custom URL after publishing changes the public address — links and QR codes you've already distributed keep pointing to the old one, so set the URL before printing anything.
