Understanding form insights
Views, conversion, completion, devices, QR vs. link — patterns that improve your form, never surveillance.

Each form's Overview shows how it performs:
- Headline numbers — responses, views, conversion rate (responses ÷ views), average completion time, and how completely people answer.
- Trend — responses and views over time (7 days to a year); spot the effect of your newsletter or poster.
- When people submit — a weekday × hour heatmap.
- Per-question answer rates — which questions get skipped; a question far below its neighbors is your signal to reword, simplify or drop it.
- Audience — mobile / desktop / tablet split, and QR vs. link arrival channel.
How this respects privacy: every number is an anonymous count, tallied at arrival. Nothing is decrypted for insights — they work without reading any answer. No respondent profiles, no fingerprints, no location tracking; data older than two years is pruned automatically. What you see about a person is never more than the three factual chips on their response (duration, answered count, language).
Tip
The most actionable number is the per-question answer rate — one bad question quietly costs more responses than any design choice.
