Publishing and sharing your form
Save, publish, share — your form gets a clean link and a QR code.

A form is private until you publish it.
Steps
- Save your work (the builder warns you about unsaved changes).
- Click Publish. If your form uses a feature outside your plan, publishing tells you exactly what to change or which plan unlocks it.
- The share window opens: your form now lives at
forms.schweizerform.ch/…— copy the link, or download the QR code as an image for flyers, posters or the counter.
Anyone with the link can answer — no account, no app, on any device. On Pro you can replace the random address with your own name (forms.schweizerform.ch/your-name) and open or close the form on a schedule.
Tip
The QR code is more than a shortcut — responses arriving through it are counted separately, so your insights later show what the poster actually achieved (article 5.6).

Publishing later edits never interrupts a live form — see Editing a live form safely (2.3).
