Batch actions: export or delete many at once
Select multiple responses — or all of them — and export or delete in one go.

Tick the checkboxes on inbox rows (or the header checkbox for the whole page) and a selection bar appears with two actions:
- Export selected — opens the export dialog for exactly these responses (formats in article 5.5).
- Delete selected — removes them after confirmation. Deletion is permanent: the encrypted data is erased from storage, and your storage usage shrinks accordingly. Large selections are processed in batches — if you're deleting hundreds, repeat once more; the confirmation tells you how many were removed.
Warning
There is no trash bin and no undo for deleted responses — we couldn't restore them even if we wanted to (we never held a readable copy). Export first if you might need the data later.
Tip
Quota housekeeping: deleting old responses with large attachments is the fastest way to free storage (article 9.3).
