Organizing with tags
Color-coded labels you define — turn your inbox into a workflow.

Tags are your labels: New, Confirmed, Follow up, Paid — anything, up to 40 characters, in one of 9 colors. They're managed centrally in Settings → Tags or created on the fly while reading a response.
A simple, proven workflow
- Define 3–5 status tags (e.g.
New→In progress→Done). - When you open a response, set its status tag before closing it.
- Work from the filter: show everything tagged
In progress, or everything not yet tagged (Untagged tab).
You can attach up to 20 tags per response — combine a status tag with topic tags (Course A, Course B) and filter by any mix (match any or match all).
Tip
Deleting a tag in Settings removes it from every response at once — safe to prune old ones; the responses themselves are untouched.
