Reading your first responses
Where responses arrive, how to unlock them, and why there's no notification e-mail.

Responses appear in your Submissions inbox — per form, or across all forms at once. New ones are marked with a dot and stay unread until you've actually opened them.
When you open a response, Schweizerform asks for your Vault key (unless it's remembered on this device). Decryption happens right in your browser: answers, uploaded files, photos and signatures appear only on your screen — never on our servers.
From the response panel you can preview images and videos, download files, add tags (like New or Done), or delete the response.
Note
There are no "new response" notification e-mails — deliberately. Your responses are end-to-end encrypted, so their content can't travel through e-mail servers. Make the inbox part of your routine: the unread counter shows at a glance whether anything is waiting.

Working through many responses? Select several rows and export or delete them together (article 5.4).
