Responses appear in your Submissions inbox — per form, or across all forms at once. New ones are marked with a dot and stay unread until you've actually opened them.
When you open a response, Schweizerform asks for your Vault key (unless it's remembered on this device). Decryption happens right in your browser: answers, uploaded files, photos and signatures appear only on your screen — never on our servers.
From the response panel you can preview images and videos, download files, add tags (like New or Done), or delete the response.
Note
On Pro and Business you can get an email when responses arrive: open the form's Settings tab → Notifications and choose Every response, Daily summary or Weekly summary (it's Off by default). The email goes to the form's owner only and says how many responses came in — never what they say, because the answers are end-to-end encrypted. On every plan, the unread counter in your inbox shows at a glance whether anything is waiting.

Working through many responses? Select several rows and export or delete them together (see “Batch actions: export or delete many at once”).
