Inviting members and roles
Invite by e-mail, assign one of four roles, and adjust anytime. (Business)

Steps
- Open the workspace's Members page and choose Invite.
- Enter the person's e-mail and pick their role.
- They receive an invitation link, valid for 14 days, and must accept it with an account registered to that same e-mail address.
- After they accept, you'll see them as pending — one more step (an access grant, article 7.3) makes them active.
The four roles:

| Viewer | Read and export responses |
| Member | Everything above + create, edit and publish forms, manage tags & profiles |
| Admin | Everything above + invite, grant access, change roles, remove members |
| Owner | Everything above + rename, transfer or delete the workspace; pays the bill |
Admins manage only roles below their own; only the owner can appoint admins. Sensitive actions (like granting access) ask for your password again — a deliberate speed bump.
Tip
Give the minimum role that does the job: reception reads registrations → Viewer; the colleague building forms → Member. You can raise roles anytime in seconds.
