Custom thank-you page and redirect
Decide what happens after someone submits: your message, your buttons, or an automatic redirect. (Pro)
Last updated July 7, 2026
By default, respondents see a friendly localized confirmation after submitting. On Pro you can make that moment work for you — in the form's Settings → Success experience:
- Title & message — your own words: confirm what happens next ("We'll reply within two working days").
- Link buttons — add one or more buttons: back to your website, book an appointment, download a document.
- Automatic redirect — send respondents to any web address after submission; they see a visible 10-second countdown first, so the redirect never feels abrupt.
- Submit button label — replace "Submit" with your wording ("Send application").
Tip
The strongest thank-you pages answer the respondent's silent question — "did it work, and what now?" One sentence of confirmation plus one clear next step beats a paragraph.
Note
Like every setting, changes go live only when you Publish changes — draft freely.
